INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Authors are invited to submit the paper for review. Papers must be written in English language.

Conference papers are sent and processed through the editorial systém of the Clinician and Technology journal (link here: https://ojs.cvut.cz/ojs/index.php/CTJ/)

For successful submission, please follow these steps:

  • First you need to register. If you have a registration, log in.
  • Then continue to the section "Make a new submission" (at the link here: https://ojs.cvut.cz/ojs/index.php/CTJ/submission/wizard).
  • Select "YBERC 2024: Full text and/or Abstract" from the drop-down menu and proceed further according to the instructions on the page.

STUDENT CONFERENCE AWARD

Every visitor of YBERC 2024 can participate in student competition. Best conference papers and oral presentation will be awarded. Competitors can win several esteemed awards, for example award from the editorial team of the Clinician and Technology Journal, award of the Czech Society for Biomedical Engineering and Medical Informatics, award of the Dean of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, etc.

The YBERC Student Competition provides a platform for doctoral and other university students to present their research results in the field of biomedical engineering. Awards will be presented for the best oral presentation. Only students who are the first authors of their papers can apply for the competition and they must present the article personally. Students can sign up for the competition during the registration for the conference participation.

Please note that the conference organisers are able to guarantee the availability of accommodation for participants registered by 20 May.

Early Registration 3000,- CZK (approx. 120,- EUR)
Late Registration 3500,- CZK (approx. 145,- EUR)
Accompanying persons 2000,- CZK and others 3500,- CZK (approx. 80,- EUR and others 145,- EUR)

Information about conference fee payment will be sent after registration to the email adres written to the registration form.

The conference will be held in the building KOKOS, in city Kladno, on the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, Czech Technical University.
